Lea Anne Bedsole and Hope Pitts founded the Bedsole Group because they believed real estate could be done better. Certain that they could create a more efficient process with a team who truly cared about clients' trust and well-being, the team has added Stephanie Morgan, Angie Smith, and Autumn Insell, and daily, they charge toward their mission.
Creating superiority in service comes from the little things, like post-closing debriefs where the team examines all aspects of each transaction and proactively searches for details to improve upon. It is created through excellent communication, in staging their listings to catapult them above the rest, and it's the mission and purpose that comes with a team of like-minded people-lovers who utilize real estate as the catalyst to help people build the lives they will truly delight in.
The Bedsole Group is about more than just facilitating smooth transactions.
